THE ROLE:

A Business Development Manager position has arisen with a well established manufacturer of pumped drainage solutions. This Field Sales Executive role will involve selling the company’s full range of drainage solutions sustainable across various domestic and water infrastructure projects, products include pumping stations, waste water pumping systems, rainwater harvesting systems and grease separator systems. Selling across a varied route to market this key role will be dealing with contractors, local authorities, housing developers, engineers and various end users across a South East UK sales territory. This Business Development Manager role will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class, reporting directly to the UK Sales Manager, you are fully responsible for hitting all of your targets for the sales area.

Following sustained periods of growth and the recent acquisition of several new projects this well established company have now created an additional position on their sales team. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive sales experience from within the drainage industry or an allied market sector.
• Candidates must have sold via mentioned routes to market with up to date industry knowledge and contacts.
• Commercially driven with demonstrable technical aptitude.
• New business hunter.

• Relationship developer.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic
Commission: Excellent anticipated 1st year OTE
Benefits: Fully expensed company car, phone, laptop and pension scheme
